We are ready to begin construction. Bro. Jerry Montgomery will be sending $13,000 to the account within days. There is already $4000 so this should cover the first payment of $16,000 or so.

Brother Juan Calero and Aracely will be in charge of making individual payments to you and the supplies of the materials as needed. Please coordinate with him the details and keep us informed as to the payments and progress.

I think this is correct but what he is saying is he doesn't want
responsibility if anything goes wrong with the construction. He is 'glad' to help with the money and accounting oversight which is what we need.

I think it's time to send the next $12,500 or $13,000. First request was for 16K+. I am going to have to have tonsillectomy tomorrow at DRH with Dr. Hyde. Not feeling to well. Won't be at meeting tonight. If you can summarize changes, I'll go over my copy of the foundation papers and then we can forward the English final version to Jorge/Cesar.

Thanks. Lets get started on the construcion ASAP. Will be going late Oct to Nica probably.

Hi Kent,

After you translate, see if you agree with my overview. It seem as thou Juan does not want to take the oversight---His statement--"Willing to help with the accounting and distribution of the money, but in the whole construction work, it is the responsibility of Juaquin Molina and not us Juan & Aracely." I think his feelings got hurt the night we all discussed him (Juan) overseeing the project as construction manager. Do you agree. Maybe it would be best for you to visit with him in person when you go to Nicaragua in a few weeks.
