To the
Committee in Nicaragua;
We are almost
complete with all of the papers necessary for Los Ninos Del Rey
to be legal in Nicaragua. Bro. Jerry Montgomery has works very
hard on these documents over the last two weeks. He has an accurate
spanish translation and spanish version of the corporate certificate.
We will Federal
Express these documents to Jorge in 3-4 days. I have two addresses
for Jorge and need to know which to send these to. He will likely
have to be home and present for the carrier to leave the documents
with him personally. Should we send them to Masaya, Apt 217. ?
Also we will
be sending an additional $1000 for the taxes and costs for getting
the documents to the government ($80). The lawyer thought the
taxes would be about $600. After the paper work is completed,
we need for Jorge to open an account especially for the orphanage
so we can wire the money
directly. We are working on monthly funding for the orphanage.
Remember our goal is around $1000 a month for Juan, his family
and about 10-14 children.
Please send
an estimate on the cost for repairs to the concrete house for
Juan to live in temporarily. We are hoping that it will be less
than $2000 for a good floor, roof, electricity, lights, doors
and windows, bathroom. You may want to get an estimate from the
brother that works construction that Francisco told us about but
we will leave this to your committee.
